This roti makes amazing dessert, can serve it as breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
  • Wheat flour 1 Cup
  • Salt Pinch
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Water as required 0
  • Sugar ½ Cup
  • Ghee ¼ Cup
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil and mix it, then add water and make into a soft dough and knead it well, keep it aside. Divide the dough into equal portion, roll out each portion by adding dry flour. Apply tsp of ghee in each roti and spread sugar evenly. And fold it like a lachha paratha. Roll out again into a circle by using dry flour. Heat a tava cook each roti, using ghee till golden brown.
