It’s a veg Keema curry that can be prepared quick for a Pulka combination,Black pepper combination makes you cold free if at all if you have any cold, Try this o a rainy evening along with some Pulka’s or parata’s.
- Mealmaker Keema:1 cup
- Onions:1 cup
- Green chillies:2
- Coriander Leaves: 2 stems
- Ginger& garlic paste: 2 spoons
- Turmeric Powder: ¼ spoon
- Garam Masala:1 spoon
- Black Pepper Powder:As required
- Salt:As required
- Oil: As required
- Switch on the stove,take a bowl and boil the meal maker keema in some water and keep aside
- On the other stove,take a pan and add ½ cup of oil,1 cup of onions and fry them well
- Add required salt,boiled mealmaker keema,1/4 spoon turmeric powder,2 spoons ginger& garlic paste and mix it well
- Add some coriander leaves and switch off the stove and serve hot with chapathis
