Chamagadda is a veg that comes from soil that contains more nutrients,this dish is cooked in a style of fish fry but with vegetables; roast it a bit more for more taste.
Ingredients
  • Chamagadda/Taro:1/4 Kg
  • Coriander powder:2 spoons
  • Garam Masala:spoon
  • Ginger& Garlic Paste:1 spoon
  • Turmeric powder:1/4 spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder:As required
  • Coriander Leaves: 2 stems
  • Salt:As required
  • Oil: As required
Instructions
  1. Switch on the stove,take a pressure cooker,add ¼ kg chamagadda and sufficient water and let 2 whistles come
  2. Switch off the stove,drain the water and peel them off and Smash them as flat slices as shown in the video
  3. In mean time,take a bowl,add sufficient salt,red chilli powder,garam masala,coriander powder and mix it well along with 3 spoons of water
  4. Now take the mixed masala and spread it both sides over the smashed chamagadda slices
  5. Switch on the stove,take a pan and add 2 spoons of oil
  6. Now shallow fry both the sides the masala spread chamagadda chaps properly
  7. Switch off the stove and serve them hot with coriander leaves garnished
