Corn and tomato soup offer an awesome combination of flavourful oregano, pepper in the traditional corn and tomato soup.
- Butter 1 Teaspoons
- Garlic 1 Teaspoons
- Onions ½ Numbers
- Salt 1 0
- Tomatoes 3 Numbers
- Oregano 1 Pinch
- Pepper powder 1 Teaspoons
- Nutmeg powder 1 Pinch
- Sweet corn ½ Cup
- Vinegar 1 Teaspoons
- Vegetable stock 250 ml
- Cornstarch paste 1 Teaspoons
- Sugar 1 Teaspoons
- Take little butter in a hot pan then add garlic, onions, salt, tomatoes and cook for few minutes with a lid on it on a slow flame. 2. Now add oregano, pepper powder, nutmeg powder, sweet corn, vinegar, vegetable stock, cornstarch paste, sugar and let it boil for 2-3 min. 3. Now switch off the flame and serve hot in a soup bowl.
