A fruit flavoured energetic milk shak e recipe, Fruity shake is full of fiber, calcium and vitamins. The banana based fruit shake also includes other fruits and milk and is best enjoyed chilled on a hot summer afternoon.
- 3 bananas
- 2 mangoes
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- ½ cup chopped muskmelon (kharbooja)
- 2½ cups milk
- 3 tsp sugar
- Peel the bananas and slice them.
- Add the rest of the fruits to it.
- Put in a mixer with milk and sugar and to make it shake and go on..have a drink!
