Ingredients
  • Vamu leaves
  • Besan - 250 grms
  • Rice flour- 50 grms
  • Baking soda- ¼ tsp
  • Vamu powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt- according to taste
  • Red chilli powder-according to taste
  • Oil- for frying
Instructions
  1. Cut vamu leaves and clean them througly.
  2. Take besan,rice flour in a bowl and mix salt,baking soda,vamu powder,chilli powder and mix well with water so that no lumps can be found.
  3. Heat oil in a pan for frying. Take a leaf and dip in the flour and heat in oil till it turns light brown .
  4. Take it with any chutney.
  5. It will be very tasty and also medicated,good for health with a nice flavour.
