Summer's in full swing, so slide over to the freezer for a frosty treat of berry smoothie ice-blocks.
- ⅔ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup frozen raspberries
- ¼ cup frozen blueberries
- 6 strawberries, hulled, halved
- Blend orange juice, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries until smooth. Carefully pour into moulds.
- Place lids on moulds. Freeze for 4 hours or until frozen. Stand at room temperature for 1 to 2 minutes before removing from mould. Serve.
You'll need a 6-hole, ¼ cup-capacity plastic ice-block mould.
Cooking class: Blending: Carefully pour orange juice over raspberries, blueberries and strawberries in blender. Blend until smooth.
Tip: You could use fresh berries instead of frozen.
