For the vegetarians who love little spicy tangy food with a touch of variety.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped beans
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 cups white sauce
  • ½ cup grated cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
Instructions
  1. In a microwave safe bowl mix all the chopped ingredients along with all the sauces, vinegar, pepper and salt.
  2. Pour over it grated cheese and set in microwave for 10-12 mins.
  3. Ready to serve hot and spicy.
Notes
Heat a pan and add in it butter, now add in it maida flour and roast a little and quickly add in it milk and cook stirring continiously till semi thick. Take care no lumps are formed. Its ready
