For the vegetarians who love little spicy tangy food with a touch of variety.
- 1 cup chopped capsicum
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped beans
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 cups white sauce
- ½ cup grated cheese
- salt
- pepper
- In a microwave safe bowl mix all the chopped ingredients along with all the sauces, vinegar, pepper and salt.
- Pour over it grated cheese and set in microwave for 10-12 mins.
- Ready to serve hot and spicy.
Heat a pan and add in it butter, now add in it maida flour and roast a little and quickly add in it milk and cook stirring continiously till semi thick. Take care no lumps are formed. Its ready
