Exam times can be testing on the eyes. We developed this recipe entirely by chance. The computer drew up a list of nutrients needed for healthy eyes. And lo and behold, Exam Bhel was born !
Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp peanuts, boiled
  • 4 tbsp moong sprouts
  • 4 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp chopped apples
  • 2 tbsp chopped raw mango
  • 4 tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 16 tbsp orange segments
  • 1 cup puffed rice (kurmura)
  • 4 tbsp finely chopped corriander (dhania)
  • 4 tsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • To serve
  • Sweet Chutney
  • Green Chutney
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
