A delectable shake that will instantly refuel a tired child once he's back from school.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup fresh thick curds (dahi)
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 6 crushed ice-cubes
Instructions
  1. Combine the curds, banana and honey and blend in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the crushed ice cubes and milk and blend again for a few seconds.
  3. Pour into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
