Parsley Yoghurt Spread

This healthy spread is made with yogurt and parsley and is a refreshing change to the normal chutney used as a spread.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup low fat curds (dahi)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion greens
  • 1½ tsp chopped garlic (lehsun)
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Hang the curds in a muslin cloth for 15 to 20 minutes till it is thick.
  2. Add all the other ingredients to this hung curd and blend in a mixer till it is smooth.
  3. Serve chilled.
