A healthy salad made with boiled potato and pomegrate (anardana) and mildly spiced, Healthy Indian Potato Salad with Pomegranate and Mint. A delicious, spiced potato salad.
Ingredients
  • Seasmeseeds 1 Teaspoons
  • Honey 1 Tablespoons
  • Spring Onions 1 Tablespoons
  • Salt as needed
  • Green Chillis 1 Numbers
  • Tomatos 1 Tablespoons
  • Cucumber 1 Tablespoons
  • Pomegranate Seeds 1 Tablespoons
  • Potato 1 Numbers
  • Lemon Juice as needed
  • Puffed Rice 1 Tablespoons
  • Sev as needed
Instructions
  1. Take a boil add boiled potatos cut into small cubes, add pomegranate seeds, cucumber, tomatos, salt spring onion, honey, seasme seeds, lemon juice, puffed rice, mix well.
  2. Serve in a serving plate top it of with sev.
