- Fresh Spinach Small 1 Bunch
- Peas ¼ Cup
- Finely Chopped Onion 2 Tablespoons
- Vegetable Stock 1-1/2 Cup
- Coconut Milk 1-1/2 Cup
- Chilli Sauce ⅛ Teaspoons
- Soy Sauce 2 Tablespoons
- Pepper Powder ⅛ Cup
- Minced Ginger 1 Teaspoons
- Salt To Taste
- Oil 1 Teaspoons
- Heat oil in a saucepan
- Saute onion and ginger till onion are transparent
- Add vegetable stock and coconut milk
- Add peas, chilli sauce, soy sauce and salt
- Bring the stock to boil
- Add spinach and let it cook for approx 5-7 mins.
- Add pepper powder
- Serve hot with steaming rice
