Ragi means finger millet also known as African Millet. This is an healthy and nutritious snack made with ingredients using ragi flour, groundnuts, channa and other spices; made into nice roundels and deep fried until golden brown. Truly yummy and flavourful snacks to eat.
Ingredients
  • Peanuts ½ Cup
  • Curry Leaves 1 Stricks
  • Onion 1 Numbers
  • Chilli Flakes To Taste
  • Salt To Taste
  • Daliya Powdered ( Pottu Kadalai In Tamil ) ½ Cup
  • Ragi Flour 1 Cup
  • Oil To Fry
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together with water to a vada mixture consistency .
  2. Make sure it is not too watery . Heat oil in a kadai .
  3. Make small balls out of the mixture and flatten it by pressing with ur hand . dont make it too thick or too thin . fry on medium heat until done .
