- Chilly Powder 1 Tablespoons
- Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
- Salt To Taste
- Curry Leaves 2 Springs
- Onion Chopped 1 Numbers
- Kalonji ½ Teaspoons
- Garlic Crushed 4 Numbers
- Fenugreek Seeds ¼ Teaspoons
- Oil 2 Tablespoons
- Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
- Green Gram 100 Grams
- Green Peas 100 Grams
- Garbanzo 100 Grams
- Tomato Chopped 3 Numbers
- Jaggery 1 Tablespoons
- Tamarind Juice ½ Cup
- Garbanzo, green peas, and green gram (soak them over night and boil them.
- Heat oil in a pan add fenugreek seeds, crushed garlic, kalonji, chopped onions, curry leaves, salt, turmeric then add garbanzo, green peas, green moong, sauté in this oil,
- add chilly powder, garam masala powder, chopped tomato, jaggery, and add tamarind juice, cook this till moisture is evaporate.
- Serve this with chapatti, naan.
