A handy snack
  • Any Vegetable You Would Like For Topping ½ Cup
  • Onion (Chopped) ½ Cup
  • Capsicum (Chopped) 1 Cup
  • Pizza Sauce ½ Cup
  • Basmati Rice 1 Cup
  • Black Gram 3 Cup
  • Origamo Seasoning (optional) to taste
  • Mozarella Cheese 1 Slice
  • Salt to taste
  1. Soak rice and black gram for 5-6 hours.
  2. Grind it with a mixer and add salt .Keep it for an hour.
  3. Heat a tawa and make dosaa of medium n thick size.Turn it once.
  4. Lower the flame and add pizza sauce and chopped vegetables.
  5. Add cheese on top.
  6. After the cheese melts garnish with origamo and serve hot.
