Really amazing breakfast...
  • 3 eggs
  • 7 breads
  • ⅓ tsp dried oregano
  • ⅓ tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
  • salt to taste
  1. Break eggs into one bowl.
  2. Stir them and add pepper and salt and whisk well.
  3. Cut the bread from edge.
  4. On a pan add 1 tsp of oil and keep on stove on high power.
  5. Dip the bread in egg mixture and fry it on a pan.
  6. Pan fry properly from both sides.
  7. Sprinkle some oregano on it.
  8. Serve hot with coffee.
