Spinach and corn fritters are amazing snack that taste extremely tasty. Corn and spinach mixed with some garlicky and nutmeg flavours combined together with spices and deep fried until done.
  • Carrot 2 Numbers
  • Spinach 400 Grams
  • Nut Meg 1 Pinch
  • Salt To Taste
  • Onion Chopped 1 Numbers
  • Butter 2 Tablespoons
  • Corn ½ Cup
  • Milk 1½ Cup
  • All Purpose Flour 30 Grams
  • Egg 1 Numbers
  • Garlic Chopped 1 Teaspoons
  1. Take some butter in a hot pan add chopped garlic, chopped onion, salt, nutmeg powder, all purpose flour cook this till raw flavor is gone
  2. add corn, cook it for some time, add milk, spinach, carrot, egg, mix this cook it in slow flame then transfer it in to another bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan, add small fritters of the mixture fry them.
  4. Serve this hot with favorite sauce.
