Banana and milo smoothie

Get your kids to start the day with a calcium-rich, flavour-packed choc banana smoothie.
- 4 ripe bananas, chopped
- 4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
- 3 tbs Milo
- 250ml (1 cup) long-life milk (Dairy Farmers brand)
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Place bananas, ice-cream, Milo, milk and nutmeg in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately.
