Besan sooji dosa is an excellent combination with lot of fresh vegetables on it which makes a healthy breakfast.
  • Sooji rawa 1 Cup
  • Besan 1 Cup
  • Salt 1 0
  • Soda 1 Pinch
  • Buttermilk 1 Cup
  • Green chilies(finely chopped) 2 Tablespoons
  • Capsicum(finely chopped) 2 Tablespoons
  • Carrot(finely chopped) 2 Tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • Onions(finely chopped) 2 Tablespoons
  • Beans(finely chopped) 2 Tablespoons
  • Tomatoes(finely chopped) 2 Tablespoons
  • Garam masala ½ Teaspoons
  • Oil 2 Teaspoons
  1. Take sooji rava in a bowl and add besan, salt, soda, buttermilk and mix it properly to make dosa batter. 2. For topping take green chilies, capsicum, carrot, cumin seeds, onions, beans, tomatoes, fresh garam masala, salt in a bowl and mix it. 3. On a hot pan put a ladleful of batter and spread it gently. 4. Now top it up with the mixed vegetables and cook it on slow flame. 5. Add oil on it and just press it to cook. 6. After 2-3 min slowly turn it to other side and cook for just 1 min. 7. Take it in a plate and enjoy your dosa hot.
