Crispy spinach fry/ Palak Pakoda is a delicious and crispy fritters prepared with spinach leaves coated with spicy chick pea flour.
  • Carom Seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • Hing 1 Pinch
  • Rice Flour 100 Grams
  • Salt To Taste
  • Bombay Basen 200 Grams
  • Coriander Seeds Crushed (optional) ½ Teaspoons
  • Spinach 250 Grams
  1. Take a bowl add Bombay basen, rice flour, hing, salt, turmeric, carom seeds, coriander seeds (optional)
  2. and add oil, water, mix this like a thick paste, add water mix this like a batter,
  3. Take spinach wash it, in this add basen mixture and mix it well. Heat oil and deep fry them.
  4. Serve this hot.
