This is a very filling and healthy dish for upvas. It is very simple to make and tasty to eat!
  • 2 cups grated potatoes
  • 2 chopped green chillies
  • ghee
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1 tbsp powdered peanuts
  1. Take a kadhai and put ghee in it.
  2. When it becomes hot, add cumin seeds and green chilis.
  3. Put grated potato, salt and cook till done (10-12 minutes)
  4. Add groundnut powder and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve steaming hot.
