Oats cooked with a lot of vegetables make a nutritious khichdi, which is very helpful for weight loss and a perfect health.
Ingredients
- Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoons
- Onions 1 Numbers
- Salt 1 0
- Green chillies 2 Numbers
- Turmeric ½ Teaspoons
- Carrot 1 Numbers
- Beans 2 Numbers
- Tomato 1 Numbers
- Oil 2 Teaspoons
- Masoor dal(soaked overnight and boiled) 1 Cup
- Lemon juice 1 Teaspoons
- Oats 1 Cup
- Mint ½ Bunch
Instructions
- Take some oil in a hot pan and add cumin seeds, onions, salt, green chilies, turmeric, carrot, beans, tomatoes and cook for a while. 2. Now add boiled masoor dal and mix it well. 3. Now add water, lemon juice, oats, mint leaves and mix thoroughly for 2-3 min. 4. Switch off the flame and enjoy hot.
