Chicken koftas korma in a mild khorma gravy which is nutty and aromatic and has a special unique aroma and goes very well with roties and naan and pulaoo
  • Chicken 500 Grams
  • Almonds 4-5 Numbers
  • Melon seeds ¼ Cup
  • Poppy seeds ¼ Cup
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Brown onions ½ Cup
  • Whole Garam Masala (each) 3 Piece
  • Cumin seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ Teaspoons
  • Tomato puree ¼ Cup
  • Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Cumin powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Turmeric powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Chilli powder 1 Teaspoons
  • curd (beaten) 1 Cup
  • Pistachio (chopped) 3-4 Teaspoons
  • Mint leaves(chopped) 2 Tablespoons
  • Garam masala powder ½ Teaspoons
