CHICKEN TARIWALA RECIPE
Ingredients
  • Coriander powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoons
  • turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Tomato 2 Numbers
  • Coriander 1 Bunch
  • Chilly powder 2 Tablespoons
  • Oil 3 Tablespoons
  • Chicken 500 Grams
  • Cumin powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Yogurt 1½ Cup
  • Onion paste 1 Cup
  • Garam masala 2 Tablespoons
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan add chopped coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste, onion paste, and turmeric till this cook lightly golden colour,
  2. Add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilly powder, add beaten yogurt and mix it up, add coriander steam, and add chicken, salt, water, cook for 20 minutes on a slow flame,
  3. Add garam masala, tomatoes and let it cook for further 5 minutes, and switched off the flame. Serve this hot with rice, chapattis.
