Dahi Methi Murgh is one of delicious dry version Indian recipe where chicken is cooked along with curd and methi leaves. Use of fresh fenugreek leaves gives a very distinctive flavor if saut?®ed in ghee with whole garam masalas.
Ingredients
  • ginger & garlic
  • Chillis
  • turmeric,
  • cumin powder,
  • coriander powder,
  • salt and
  • brown onions,
  • yogurt and
  • chicken
  • fresh methi leaves
  • coriander
Instructions
  1. Take a blender and add ginger, garlic and green chilli make acoarse paste. 2. In a mixing bowl add prepared paste of ginger, garlic and green chilli , turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt and brown onions, then add yogurt and chicken, mixn all ingredients well, keep in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. 3. Heat Ghee in a pan add bay leaf, mace, cardamom, slightly roasted fresh methi leaves, then add chicken pieces and add some water and cook this till it is tender. 4. Garnish with coriander and then serve it hot.
