  • Black Peppercorns 2 Numbers
  • Bay Leaf 1 Numbers
  • Cinnamon Sticks 1 Numbers
  • Cloves 2 Numbers
  • Cardamoms 2 Numbers
  • Red Chillies, Deseeded 1 Numbers
  • Onion, Finely Sliced 2 Numbers
  • Paya 8 Numbers
  • Garam Masala 1 Teaspoons
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Oil ¼ Cup
  1. In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add the whole spices Add the onions and fry till dark brown Add the paya pieces and saute for few seconds Add the ginger garlic paste and cook for 5 minutes or till raw smell goes Add the garam masala powder, salt and little water and cook for few minutes Add water and pressure cook for around 1 hour Adjust salt and gravy and serve!!!
