the curry to go with pav the bread , a famous snack from India Bhajji for pav bhajji is a spicy vegetable stew that you sop up with the soft small breads.
  • Onion 2 Numbers
  • Jeera 1 Pinch
  • Turmeric 1 Pinch
  • Coriander Pdr 1 Tablespoons
  • Saunf Pdr ½ Teaspoons
  • Chopped Coriander 1 Bunch
  • Butter 1 Piece
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Teaspoons
  • Lemon
  • Gr Chilli
  • Amchoor Pdr
  • Kasoorimethi
  • Salt
  • Pav
  • Tomato 3 Numbers
  • Peas ½ Cup
  • Any Other Vegetables ½ Cup
  • Cauliflower 2 Piece
  • Eggplant Small 1 Numbers
  • Carrot ½ Numbers
  • Potatoes 2 Numbers
  1. for curry
  2. Heat butter in pan and add cumin,chopped onion and garlic and ginger.
  3. Fry until garlic turns slightly brown.
  4. Add the tomates and gr chillies and cook with all spices till mashed and well done .
  5. Add all the vegetables. Salt and some water (add more water if u like the bhaji thin). Bring to Boil.
  6. Remove from flame and add butter top it with chopped onion, and Butter.
  7. slit the pav the bread and slightly Serve hot with bhaji and a piece of lemon and chopped onion
