  • Green Chillies 2 Numbers
  • Soya Sauce pinch
  • Onions ½ small Numbers
  • Oil 1 Teaspoons
  • Cashwnuts ½ Cup
  • Egg very little
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper Pwd ½ Teaspoons
  • Cornflour 1 Tablespoons
  • Sweet Corn 1 Numbers
  • Curry Leaves 2 Springs
  1. Take a bowl add pepper pwd, salt, cornflour, egg mix well then add the sweet corn and mix well and remove and put in the dry flour. in the balance mixture add the cashwnuts and mix well.
  2. in another bowl add cornflour, maida mix well then add the mixture of corn and coat the flour and strain of the exess flour and keep a side.
  3. now take cashwnuts and repeat the same.
  4. now heat oil and deep fry the corn once it is done remove then add the cashwnuts and fry once done keep a side.
  5. now in another pan add oil, onions, giner garlic crushed, green chillies,chopped coriander leaves, curry leaves ,salt, soya sauce mix well then add the fried sweet corn and cashwnuts and mix well serve hot
