  • Baking powder 1 Pinch
  • Salt To Taste
  • Sugar 2 Tablespoons
  • All purpose flour 1 Cup
  • Vanilla essence ½ Teaspoons
  • Egg 1 Numbers
  • Mango 5 Numbers
  • Butter ½ Cup
  • Cardamom powder 2 Teaspoons
  • Milk 2 Tablespoons
  1. Take a bowl break the egg and whisk it, add sugar, salt, vanilla essence, baking powder, and add flour, milk, beat the mixture until smooth. 2. Take pan heat butter once the butter melts add sugar, pulp of mangoes, and cook for some time, add cardamom powder and mango slices, cook for 2 minutes,
  2. switch off the flame and keep it aside. Take a non stick pan apply butter pour the crepes mixture in to the pan,
  3. cook it in a medium heat, in this pour the mango mixture and fold it, and take it into the plate.
