  • 4 slices of bread
  • ¼ cup hung curds (dahi)
  • 10 gms cabbage
  • 10 gms tomatoes
  • 10 gms onions
  • 10 gms cucumber
  • 1 green chilli
  • 10 gms coriander (dhania)
  • 10 gms mint leaves (phudina)
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Put the spread on the bread.
  3. Put ghee on it and fry it on the frying pan.
