Eat this hot and spicy sandwich with tomato tom tom sauce.
  • 3 boiled eggs or paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 12 mm piece of ginger (adrak)
  • 3 cloves of garlic (lehsun)
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • butter
  • cumin seeds (jeera)
  • bayleaf (tejpatta)
  • cloves (laung / lavang)
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp chilli powder, turmeric powder (haldi) and coriander (dhania) powder
  • 8 slices of bread
  • red chilli paste(sauce)
  1. Boil the eggs.remove the outer white cover nd use the yellow part within nd make a thick gravy without using water.heat a pan nd add butter nd heat for few seconds.grind the jeera,taj,lavang slightly with hand nd add to the butter.add the finely chopped garlic,ginger,green chilli nd cook till golden brown.add the finely chopped onions nd cook till
