  • Green chillies 4-5 Numbers
  • Turmeric powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Ginger 3 Piece
  • Salt 0
  • Carrot 1 Numbers
  • Onion 1 Numbers
  • Coriander ½ Bunch
  • Cumin seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • Oil 2 Teaspoons
  • Pepper powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Eggs 2 Numbers
  1. Soak the green gram for over night and make into a fine paste by adding green chilli, turmeric, ginger, and salt. In a bowl add Grated carrot, onion pieces, coriander, ginger pieces, green chilli pieces, cumin seeds, salt mix well and keep aside Heat the tawa, pour the dosa batter and spread it, on the top add some oil,eggs, pepper powder, vegetable mixture and cook both the sides for 2 mins by putting a lid on. serve hot.
