Recipe type: Dessert
It will be soooooo yummy, if you try once you can't leave this(but full of fat....;) I gave little approximate measurements.
- Oil(for Deep Frying) 300 ml
- Ghee 1 Cup
- Sugar Powder 2 Cup
- Wheat Flour 2 Cup
- Cardamom Powder 1 Tablespoons
- Mix wheat flour with water for poori preparation. Now make thin and crispy pooris in oil, now make a powder from these pooris using grinder (make shure that poori should be crispy then only you will get powder from pooris). Now mix this powder with equal quantity of sugar powder and add cardmom powder mix well. Now add melted ghee in these till you get laddu with that mixture.
