  • 3 Potatoes
  • 4 Green chilies
  • Small piece of Ginger
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Rice
  • Oil
  • Salt
  1. Cook rice in a cooker and keep aside.
  2. Boil the Potatoes and cut them into pieces.
  3. Grind ginger,chilies and coriander leaves to make a fine masala paste.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and add the Masala paste to it. Add cooked potato pieces and salt, mix them well and allow them to cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Now add cooked rice and lemon juice, mix them properly.
  6. Remove from the flame. Garnish Aloo Bath with coriender leaves.
  7. Tasty and Aloo Bath is ready to serve.
