this is another varition of Ugadi Pachadi Ugadi pachadi is a special traditional dish reflecting all the six flavors (shadhruchulu) of the ingredients. The six flavors are the neem buds or flowers (for bitterness), Jaggery (sweetness), Raw mango (vagaru), Tamarind juice (sourness), Chillies (hotness) and Salt
Ingredients
  • Banana 2 Numbers
  • Neem Flowers pinch
  • Mango Raw 1 Numbers
  • Red Chilli Powder pinch
  • Jaggery 2 Tablespoons
  • Tamarind Juice 3 Tablespoons
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl add banana pieces, neem flowers,mango cut into small pieces, jaggery, tamaring juice mix well.this can have like parasadam on ugadi.
