Make fruity cream cheese rolls and slice them crossways for a fun twist on sushi.
  • 1 piece Mountain Bread
  • ⅓ cup cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup sultanas
  1. Spread 1 piece of Mountain Bread evenly with ⅓ cup cream cheese, then sprinkle over ⅓ cup sultanas. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Place in fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Cut into sushi-sized pieces.
