pesto chicken kabab isa very rich in taste pesto (basil) is equal to indian tulsi in flavour .this combination is very good so marinating the chicken fillet with this pesto and cooked in oven will result in mouthwatering dish.
  • Hung Curd 2 Tablespoons
  • Green Chilly 3 Numbers
  • Pepper Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Chicken (boneless) 500 Grams
  • Cheese 2 Tablespoons
  • Corn Starch 1 Teaspoons
  1. Take a bowl add boneless chicken cut it into small pieces and
  2. add papaya paste (optional), salt, pepper powder, green chilly, mix this
  3. and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Take bowl
  4. add hung curd, processed cheese, pepper powder, corn starch, mix it and make a paste,
  5. add chicken pieces mix it well string the chicken pieces onto skewers,
  6. and put it in to the oven for 15 minutes till the kebabs are golden on all sides
  7. , Chicken will be done, apply the pesto sauce; put it in to the
  8. oven for 2 to 4 minutes.
