Dabba Gosht is a Eid recipe you must have in your family feast. Baked dabba gosht with mutton stock's white sauce, meat, macroni and vegetables is a scrumptious casserole dish. A complete meal for whole family.It’s a rare, exquisite, delicious, succulent, melt-in-the-mouth boneless mutton delicacy dish and only very few select eateries feature it on their menu.
  • Beans ½ Cup
  • Corn ½ Cup
  • Yellow, Green Bell Pepper 1 Cup
  • Green Peas 1 Cup
  • Cheese 1 Cup
  • Chilly Sauce 1 Tablespoons
  • Tomato Ketchup 1 Tablespoons
  • Chopped Garlic 1 Teaspoons
  • Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoons
  • Butter 2 Tablespoons
  • Cumin Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Garam Masala Powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Milk 1 Cup
  • Chilly Powder 2 Tablespoons
  • Flour 1½ Teaspoons
  • Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
  • Whole Garam Masala (all) 3 Numbers
  • Eggs 3 Numbers
  • Meat 500 Grams
  • Carrot ½ Cup
  • Macaroni 1 Cup
  • Chopped Onions 1 Cup
  • Boiled Eggs 2 Numbers
  • Tomato 2 Numbers
  1. Take a pressure cooker add meat and whole garam masala, turmeric, salt, water, put the lid and cooks it for 2 to 3 whistles.
  2. Make a white sauce melt butter in a pan add flour and mix it well, cook it for some time, add cumin seeds, chopped onions, chopped garlic, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chilly powder, and add milk, add cooked meat pieces, add salt green peas, yellow, green bell pepper, corn beans, carrot, macaroni, tomato ketchup, chilly sauce, mix it well and switch off the flame.
  3. And add cheese, transfer this in to haven proof dish add thin slices of tomatoes, and boiled egg slices. Pour the egg mixture (3 eggs, salt, chopped coriander) on the top of this and spread it. Put it in the haven at 170’degree for 20 minutes, after 20 minutes take out the dish and serve it.
