This is a recipe I have learnt from my aunty who is staying in my home town.
  • Cumin Seeds 1 Teaspoons
  • Green Chillies 8 Numbers
  • Onion 2 Numbers
  • Chicken 250 Grams
  • Coconut 2 Piece
  • Salt To Taste
  • Turmeric Powder ½ Teaspoons
  1. Wash the chicken. Add some salt and keep it aside. Chop the onions finely. Slit the green chillies. Grind the cumin seeds and coconut together. Make it as a halfly grinded. Heat gingelly oil in the pan. Fry the onions and the green chillies together. Fry it very nicely and add chicken, salt and turmeric in it. Once the chicken is cooked well add the grinded items Fry it for some more time and once the coconut is fried well. Turn it off and serve it hot
