  • Curry powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Chilly powder 2 Teaspoons
  • Green chilly 5 Numbers
  • Oil 2 Tablespoons
  • Lamb Trimming & offal 500 Grams
  • Pepper crushed ½ Teaspoons
  • Salt To Taste
  • Garlic crushed 4 Numbers
  1. Cook the lamb trimmings in the water. Heat oil in a pan add green chilly, pieces of trimming, chilly powder, curry powder, crushed pepper, salt, cook it and add crush garlic, mint, coriander and toss it. Serve this with cooked rice.
