Kothimir vadi
  • Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoons
  • Turmeric ¼ Teaspoons
  • Hing 1 Pinch
  • Salt To Taste
  • Chilly powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Coriander powder 1 Tablespoons
  • Oil 3 Tablespoons
  • Vadi 150 Grams
  • Cumin seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoons
  • Kothimir (coriander chopped) 2 Bunch
  1. Heat oil in a pan add vadi and sauteacute; them some time in a slow flame, and switch off the flame keep it aside, In bowl take some water add coriander powder, chilly powder, salt, hing, turmeric. Mix it and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, and add masala mixture, add water once this comes boil add vadi and kothimir and cook for 5 to 7 minutes and switch off the flame.
