  • 8-10 pieces boneless chicken nuggets
  • 1 bunch Lettuce (Kasmisaag) (chopped)
  • ½ bunch mint leaves (pudina leaves) (chopped)
  • 2 tsp vinegar (sirka)
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs (hard boiled, shelled)
  • salt (namak) to taste
  1. Boil chicken nuggets in a little water till tender.
  2. Drain all water.
  3. Mix lettuce, mint leaves, vinegar, pepper, mayonnaise and salt with it.
  4. Garnish with eggs rings.
