  • Cilantro 2 Springs
  • Salt To Taste
  • Pepper Powder To Taste
  • Oil 2 Teaspoons
  • Mustered Seeds 1 Teaspoons
  • Grated Carrot half Cup
  • Green Peas half Cup
  • Grated Paneer 1 Cup
  1. take a pan and put some oil heat it. add mustered seeds splutter it. then you can add green peas and fry for 1 min. after that you can add carrot and paneeer fry for 2 min. then switch off the stove ,add salt and pepper.(lemon juice is optional) garnish with cilantro salad ready.
