A healthy and delicious vibrant green color soup which is blended with fresh green peas and some spices.
  • Butter 1 Teaspoons
  • Onion 1 Numbers
  • Cloves 2 Numbers
  • Cardamom 4 Numbers
  • Cinnamon 2 Numbers
  • Peppercorns 1 Teaspoons
  • Bay leaf 1 Numbers
  • Green peas 1 Cup
  • Salt 1 0
  • Fresh cream 1 Teaspoons
  1. Take butter in a vessel and add onions, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, pepper corns and sauté them. 2. Also add bay leaf and when the color changes a little add green peas, salt and mix it. 3. After 5 min add enough water and let it boil. 4. After one boil switch off the flame and now transfer this in a blender to blend into a fine paste. 5. With the help of a strainer strain it and take the soup out of it. 6. Again boil it for 5 more min so that it thickens then switch off the flame. 7. Take it in a soup bowl and add fresh cream on top of it. 8. Serve hot with bread pieces in it.
