Ingredients
  • Udad Dal (Black Gram) ½ Teaspoons
  • Cumin Seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • Mustard Seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • Whole Red Chilli 4 Numbers
  • Oil 2 Teaspoons
  • Salt ½ Teaspoons
  • Garlic Crushed 1 Clove
  • Cumin Powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Onion ¼ Large
  • Tomato 1 Big
  • Yogurt 16 fl. oz.
  • Curry Leaves 1 Springs
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves Chopped 2 Tablespoons
  • Asafoetida 1 Pinch
Instructions
  1. Take Yogurt in a bowl and whip it than add add cumin powder, Salt and crused garlic and mix well and set aside. Heat a non- stick pan and add 2 tsp of oil and add whole red chillies, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, udad dal, curry leaves and add Asafoetida at the end. add this seasoning into the bowl and mix well and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
