Healthy Vegetable Wrap - Be Fit Be Cool AAPI
  • Wheat Flour 1 Cup
  • Bengal Gram (Boiled) 1 Cup
  • Spinach (Blanched And Chopped) ¼ Cup
  • Pepper Powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Lime Juice 1 Teaspoons
  • Yogurt ½ Cup
  • Garlic (Chopped) 1 Teaspoons
  • Cabbage (Grated) 2 Tablespoons
  • Carrot (Shavings) 2 Tablespoons
  • Onion (Slices) 2 Tablespoons
  • Tomato Ketchup 1 Teaspoons
  1. In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and by adding required water make it like soft dough and rest it for few minutes.
  2. In another bowl add boiled Bengal gram, spinach, pepper powder, salt, nutmeg powder, lime juice and mix well.
  3. In another bowl add yogurt, ginger, salt and mix
  4. Now roll the kneaded dough like a thin sheet and roast it two sides and on the top of it put Cabbage, Cucumber, Carrot, Onions, Bengal gram mixture, Yogurt mixture, Tomato ketchup and fold the wrap cut in to pieces and serve
