Tasty and crispy moong dal cabbage vada is the best winter snack recipe which is very simple and easy to make. Cabbage with lot of health benefits makes a perfect combination with moong dal.
Ingredients
  • Moong dal(soaked and water drained) 1 Cup
  • Cabbage(Finely grated) 1 Cup
  • Green chillies 2-3 Numbers
  • Cumin seeds ½ Teaspoons
  • Salt 1 0
  • Curry leaves 1 Springs
  • Coriander leaves ½ Bunch
  • Oil 0 0
Instructions
  1. Blend soaked moong dal with green chillies, cumin seeds and salt into coarse paste. 2. Now take grated cabbage in a bowl and add the moong dal paste, curry leaves, coriander leaves and mix it. 3. Now with this paste make vada’s and deep fry in hot oil. 4. When they turn golden brown take them on tissue paper. 5. Enjoy crispy vada’s with any chutney of your taste.
