Its An innovative crispy rolls ,paneer egg rolls are made from oats, crumbled paneer, and spice. A fried snack item paneer egg rolls are sure to appeal to all, when served hot with mint and coriander chutney or ketchup.
  • Water as needed
  • Cornflour ½ Cup
  • Egg 1 Numbers
  • Maida 1 Cup
  • Spring Onions 1 Bunch
  • Red Chilli Powder as per taste
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oats 1 Cup
  • Paneer 1 Cup
  • Oil to fry
  1. Take a bowl add egg, maida,cornflour,salt,water make into a thin batter keep a side. Now another bowl add paneer, oats, salt, spring onions chopped, chilli pwd mix well keep a side Now take a non stick pan add little oil and wipe of with tissue papper and pour the egg batter into a thin sheets and just remove immediatly from the pan and put on a cornflour dusted surface so that it does not stick to the surface repeat the same.
  2. Now take one sheet stuff the paneer mixture and roll like spring rolls, repeat the same and deep fry the roll in oil till golden colour.
