Gobi and plantain 65 is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Side dish.
  • Cauliflower florets 1 Cup
  • Plantain 1 Numbers
  • Cornstarch 1 Cup
  • All purpose flour ½ Cup
  • Ginger garlic paste ½ Teaspoons
  • Garlic chopped 1 Teaspoons
  • Cumin powder ½ Teaspoons
  • Coriander chopped ½ Bunch
  • Curry leaves 2 Springs
  • Turmeric Pinch
  • Pepper powder ¼ Teaspoons
  • Vinegar 1 Tablespoons
  • Chilli powder 1 Teaspoons
  • Lime juice 1 Teaspoons
  1. Take a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, chopped garlic, cumin powder, finely chopped coriander, chopped curry leaves, turmeric, pepper powder, vinegar, chilli powder, lime juice, cornstarch, all purpose flour, 1 tbsp of oil, required water make into a thick batter. Coat the masala mixture to cauliflower pieces and fry them in the hot oil, till they are crispy. Then coat the remaining masala mixture to plantain pieces and fry them in the hot oil till they are crispy. Garnish with fried green chilli and curry leaves.
